Todd Gelbaugh is an x-ray technologist, a veteran of the US Army, and father of ten. Upon completion of his military service, Todd attended x-ray school at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camphill, PA. He went on to work at Holy Spirit Hospital for seven years and during his time there, he recognized a need for in-home and around-the-clock diagnostic services within the longterm care community. In 1995, Todd founded Mobile X-Ray Imaging (MXI) in Harrisburg, PA. By 2011, MXI had grown as one of the largest mobile diagnostic providers in Pennsylvania. In 2013, MXI merged with Physician's Mobile X-Ray (PMX), a mobile provider based in Pittsburgh, PA. This merger cemented the company's status as the largest provider of mobile diagnostic services in the state of Pennsylvania. Today, Todd oversees PMX's success in providing mobile diagnostic services to 500+ facilities including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, personal care facilities, rehabilitation hospitals, and correctional institutions throughout Pennsylvania and northern Maryland.

Derek received his degree in Applied Science-Radiography from Pennsylvania College of Technology. He began his mobile x-ray technologist career with Mobile X-Ray Imaging in 1998. After working for MXI in the Harrisburg area for one year, he returned to his hometown, Shamokin, Pennsylvania, to be near his family. There, he continued his services with MXI as the company expanded to the coal towns of northeast PA. As this operation grew quickly, Derek stepped into his role of Area Manager in spring of 2002 to oversee the coal region and beyond. As an enthusiast of the outdoors, Derek, his wife, Nicole, and their boys enjoy spending their time in nature. During the summer months, they frequent the waters of Penns Creek to indulge in the scenic boating, fishing, and hiking experiences the area has to offer.

Todd Gelbaugh, Jr. has served as CFO of company since 2023. He began his career in finance after earning a B.S. in Finance from Penn State University. After relocating to the Tampa Bay region in 2014, Todd built a successful track record in commercial banking, strategic planning, and performance management. With a strong foundation in financial analysis and team leadership, Todd advanced into senior roles, where he was consistently a top performer. He played a key role in streamlining operational efficiencies, and supporting growth strategies through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Todd remains committed to community engagement, having served on the boards of several nonprofits, including the Kiwanis Club of Tampa, EasterSeals, Inc., and The First Tee of Tampa Bay. Todd and his wife, Alison, are the proud parents of twins, Riley and Todd III.

Lorelei is an x-ray technologist, Navy veteran, and mother of two. She completed her training in x-ray technology at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camphill, PA in 2001. While working for two years at Wellspan Hospital, she performed DEXA scans and mammograms in addition to general radiology. Lorelei's desire to find a family focused company was met with joining the Mobile X-Ray Imaging's (MXI) team as a Field Technician in 2003. Since remaining with the company through their merger with PMX, Lorelei stepped into her role as Director of Operations, Radiation Safety office, and oversees PMX's state radiation licenses and inspections.

Rian's career expands two decades of experience in the field of mobile diagnostic services with her journey beginning as an x-ray technician in 1997. In 1999, she began working as a Mobile Technician for Mobile X-Ray Imaging (MXI). Equipped with an understanding of every facet of the industry, she stepped into her management position and now leads as the Director of Sales and Marketing at PMX. Rian is passionate about introducing PMX's services to new customers and developing the growing partnerships between PMX and the facilities they serve. Her commitment to the evolving industry of mobile diagnostics has enabled her to consistently deliver high-quality customer service to PMX's partners, working together with these partners to ensure expectations are not only met, but exceeded.

Alicia is a Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) and Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT). She attended ultrasound school at Sanford Brown Institute in Pittsburgh, PA and graduated in 2012. Following her graduation, Alicia began working at MXI as a Mobile Ultrasound Technologist, servicing the Pittsburgh area. In 2019, she became the Lead Technologist of the Pittsburgh and Central PA locations, assisting in administrative requirements. Alicia attended the Adult Echocardiography course at Gulfcoast Ultrasound Institute in St. Petersburg, FL in 2022 and will become a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) upon completion of the board. Today, Alicia manages the entire Ultrasound division of PMX and performs ultrasounds across the state of Pennsylvania.

Amy is a Lancaster County native who has been with PMX's core team for 15 years. Working within human resources, office administration, and now, in her role as Billing Manager, Amy has seen PMX through many transitions and has held an integral role of maintaining company success over the years. She brings over 30 years of radiology billing and office management experience to her role at PMX. As a "Mimi" to her grandchildren, Amy enjoys taking her loved ones and fur-babies on adventures around Central Pennsylvania.
